POSITION: DIRECTOR OPERATIONS ECLUTCH
Location: Based in France, Italy, Slovenia or anywhere in Europe

Job Description:
As Director of Operations at eClutch, you will play a pivotal role, working closely with the GM to coordinate strategic activities across various departments (legal, human resources, distribution, marketing, operations, etc.).
You will ensure the management of projects and relationships with internal teams and external partners in a multicultural environment.
We are specifically looking for a candidate with a strong background in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ideally in the international media industry, and with proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
Projects Coordination
Collaborate closely with the legal department to oversee and manage contracts, including:
- Content acquisition projects
- Technical service agreements
- International commercial distribution contracts management
Ensure effective cross-functional management of complex projects, facilitating
alignment and cooperation across all departments including distribution, marketing and operations
Commercial Contract Management
Support Distribution Director in complex commercial agreements including international partners
Ensure compliance and alignment of contracts with company objectives
Partner Relations and Reporting
Manage relationships with content owners and television networks
- Acts as their main point of contact for any needs, projects, or information
- Shares relevant updates prepares and delivers monthly reports
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, both internally and externally
Strategic Organization and Leadership
Organize Advisory Boards :
- Prepare agendas, set meeting priorities, and coordinate member participation
- Oversee logistics and follow-ups for Advisory board activities
Requirements:
Technical and Organizational Skills
Proven expertise in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ideally in the international media industry.
- Strong project management and team coordination abilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional involving multiple departments
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with agility and flexibility.
Languages
- Proficiency in English (mandatory, working language)
- Spanish is a strong advantage
