Job description:
- Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of eClutch’s Indian joint venture.
- Requires a strong operational leader who can effectively coordinate between local execution teams, the strategic goals of the parent company, and JV board directives.
- Serve as the local face of eClutch in India and is expected to manage partnerships, platform operations, content delivery, and team leadership, ensuring the successful growth of the brand in the Indian market.
Governance Model:
- Operates independently in India, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
- Position does not imply a CEO title and is structured to ensure strategic alignment with the parent company.
- Cross-functional oversight is provided by Executive Director – India and Executive Director – Governance, Operation and Delivery , who offer support and escalation .
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of content distribution in an eSport local company, ensuring efficient execution aligned with corporate strategy.
- Coordinate the local execution of FAST channels, OTT platforms, and esports live events.
- Manage relationships with key local partners : Multi TV, platform aggregators, and merchandise vendors.
- Lead implementation of the eClutch OTT platform development and go to market & FAST platform in India, supporting : marketing, content onboarding, operational rollout.
- Act as the main contact point for local government, legal, marketing, and financial reporting bodies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of PM experience in media, digital platforms, or entertainment operations.
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indian media and OTT ecosystem.
- Experience in Esport industry – Must (companies such as : Nodwin Gaming, SportsKeeda)
- Experience in the field of distribution of content /channels
- Strong Project management, Strong team player, communication, relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in or with international organizations is preferred.
- Languages: Indian – must, English – must, most communication will be done in English
- Location : offices in New Delhi
- Travel : ability and motivation to travel as needed, 50% domestic travel.
