Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join iKO Media Group’s Sales Operations team. This role sits at the heart of our commercial activity, combining data analysis, CRM ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and a business-facing mindset, taking ownership of forecasting, pipeline visibility, and executive reporting. From delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports to leading CRM enhancement projects, this role plays a key part in improving data quality, streamlining processes, and supporting revenue growth. Working closely with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Sales teams, the Business Analyst ensures alignment across systems and processes, enabling accurate tracking of contracts, invoicing, renewals, and overall commercial performance in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
