Job Description:

As we continue to grow, we seek a talented and dynamic Media and Television Marketing Manager to join our forward-thinking team.

As the Media and Television Marketing Manager, you will work in the iKO Media Group’s marketing team to elevate iKO Media Group’s brands presence and expand our reach in the media and broadcasting industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and management, to create impactful marketing materials and digital campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of all the brands in the Iko media group, such as: iKOMG Services, eCLUTCH, STN, MENAFLIX, iSRAEL+ and more.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance our relationships with existing customers, networks, and TV operators.
Create new age content and copywriting
Perform Market Analysis and Insights
Foster collaborative partnerships that enhance iKOMG's visibility and reputation in the industry.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and measure campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media and television marketing. Apply insights to drive innovation and maintain iKOMG’s competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, telecommunications, broadcasting, graphic design, journalism or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media and television marketing, preferably within a global organization or network.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with mother tongue proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
