Job Description:
Execution-focused, hands-on marketing role responsible for managing the company platform’s B2C presence across social media, with a primary focus on Arabic-speaking markets across the MENA region. The role emphasizes driving audience engagement, growing channel and platform subscribers, and creating culturally relevant content and campaigns tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.
As an active member of the global iKOMG Marketing team, this position contributes directly to the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, ensuring effective brand positioning, audience growth, and community engagement in key Arabic-speaking territories.
Responsibilities:
- Viewer Growth (Core)
- Own growth of viewers and subscribers across streaming platforms
- Plan and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain audiences
- Use social media and other channels as key growth drivers
- Social & Content Execution
- Manage social platforms and publish daily content
- Create/adapt content (clips, highlights, captions) for each platform
- Engage with the community and optimize content performance
- Campaigns & Partnerships
- Execute marketing campaigns across channels, focused on Arabic speaking audiance
- Ensure smooth and timely rollout of all assets
- App Store & Performance
- Manage and optimize app store presence (ASO, creatives, updates)
- Track performance (viewership, engagement, installs, conversions)
- Report insights and continuously optimize for growth
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (professional working proficiency), Arabic – High level, Kaleeji – advantage
- Hands-on with social media management and content publishing
- Basic skills in video editing, highlights creation, and copywriting
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in OTT platforms or tv channels / entertainment industry, performing B2C marketing-advantage
